Why we began

A life reaches beyond one person.

Loved1s grew from something deeply personal: the wish to keep the stories, voices, and details that make a person unmistakably themselves.

That wish matters while we are living, too. We shape one another through the things we do, the moments we share, and the stories we carry. A friend remembers something we have forgotten. A child finds meaning in a moment we barely noticed.

We bring filmmaking, art, and technology together to give those perspectives a place to connect. For the lives still unfolding. For the people we remember. For everyone who will discover their stories next.

Kashi Grobe

Mother. Coder. Storyteller.

Kashi’s filmmaking work has taken her through Los Angeles, Jamaica, and Germany. As a filmmaker, camera operator, and cinematographer, she has learned to notice what makes a moment personal: a pause before laughter, a familiar gesture, the way someone looks at a person they love.

Her software engineering studies at CODE in Berlin brought that sensibility into technology. At Loved1s, she leads the company and keeps a simple question close to every decision: how do we make this feel human?

Dirk Liebich

Father. Entrepreneur. Artist. Coder. Ultra-runner.

Dirk brings the imagination of an artist and the persistence of a builder. His work across entrepreneurship and technology is guided by the belief that a person’s influence keeps unfolding through the lives they touch.

At Loved1s, that belief shapes the technical work: making stories accessible, connecting different perspectives, and building with the care that personal memories deserve. His ambition is continuity — giving more of a life the chance to be discovered and carried forward.

Our mission

Keep more of what makes us, us.

We help people bring their stories together, in their own words and through the people who know them. A Luminary can grow alongside a living person or gather the memories of someone who has died.

AI offers another way to explore that material. Original words and recordings remain distinct from generated conversations. Human relationships, contributions, and choices remain at the center.
